MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Two digital headshot images

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Alexander Devora Photography. Client authorizes the release of the images to Alexander Devora Photography and San Antonio Youth Ballet for advertisement, print and social media.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

SABS Nutcracker Character 2025

We are thrilled to invite you to the Nutcracker character photoshoot for Danielle Campbell Steans' San Antonio Ballet School. This is your chance to shine as your image will be captured by award-winning ballet photographer, Alexander Devora.

Registration can be done online. Each costume slot is $35. If the performer chooses to be photographed in three different costumes, then they should register for three time slots. One digital, high-resolution image of your choice is included with each slot.

** The photoshoot location will be at SAYB studio, Sunday, October 5, 2025.
