SAYB Headshots 2025-26

Danielle Campbell Steans' SA Youth Ballet will host award-winning ballet photographer Alexander Devora for Company Headshots 2025-26! The minimum purchase is $35.00/performer. Each performer must register separately. When registering for a time slot you are pre-purchasing one digital, high-resolution images of your choice. Additional images can be purchased online after the images are hosted. Images will be used for promotional purposes by SAYB. The photoshoot location will be at San Antonio Youth Ballet Studio, Sunday, September 21, 2025.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Two digital headshot images

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Alexander Devora Photography. Client authorizes the release of the images to Alexander Devora Photography and San Antonio Youth Ballet for advertisement, print and social media.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
