Don Quixote by Ballet San Antonio

Ballet San Antonio just completed a pretty spectacular run of Don Quixote, based on the classic Cervantes tale, at The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. It was fantastic! Lots of fans, matador pants, windmills, and flamenco-style dresses! And simply gorgeous dancing. Sally Turkel shone in the role of Kitri, and Kathleen Martin was simply stunning as Mercedes. This was the first show of the season, and it was an impressive start. Looking forward to Nutcracker coming up next!

It was great to see Alex's pics all over the city in ads for this show--including two-story banners in front of The Tobin Center! Now that's what we call "large format."
